Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The board of Emirates Driving Company agreed to distribute interim cash dividends worth AED 13.46 million, equivalent to 15% of the paid-up capital, for the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2022.

The UAE-based firm will disburse AED 0.15 per share for the eligible shareholders, according to a bourse disclosure.

Meanwhile, the ex-dividend and the record dates will be on 6 and 9 January 2023, respectively.

It is worth noting that the company’s board greenlighted the Q4-22 dividends on 28 December 2022.
